REGULAR MEETING
May 1, 2012

CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm
ROLL CALL
Members present: Chairperson Macro, Commissioner FitzPatrick, Commissioner Pitcock, Commissioner Klein
Members absent: Commissioner Jennings
Alternates present: Commissioner Taylor
Alternates absent: Commissioner Foley, Commissioner Evans
Commissioner Taylor was appointed to sit for Commissioner Jennings.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION:
- Mr. William Fraize and Mr. Steve Munz representing the Masonic Evergreen Lodge.
- Mr. Kevin McCann, Town Council.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
- Motion by Commissioner Pitcock, seconded by Commissioner Taylor was made to approve the minutes of the Public Hearing and the Regular Meeting held on April 3, 2012. The motion carried unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
- Commissioner Macro will meet with Ms. Mary Dunne, State Historic Preservation Office and Heritage Resources – who was selected for Phase III of the Historic Resources Inventory. Heritage Resources is scheduled to be present at the June 5, 2012 HDC meeting.
ADMINISTRATION:
- Mr. Fraize and Mr. Muntz discussed future plans for landscaping and site work at the Hartford Evergreen Lodge. A COA application will be submitted for the walkways and split rail fence.
- Commissioners discussed current projects before the HDC with Councilor McCann.
ADJOURNMENT:
Commissioner FitzPatrick moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:57 pm; seconded by Commissioner Taylor. The motion carried unanimously.
